Add filters to URL of test runs

Now when you filter your test runs the URL will update to the specific results. This allows you to more easily share results of a filtered set of test runs by simply copying and sharing the URL with your team. Go to the test runs screen => Select desired filters => Run results. The results URL is updated with the filtered values for easy copy/paste sharing with team members.
