The Help Assistant is a chatbot powered by generative AI that provides answers to user inquiries and is available to all users on paid Tricentis Testim plans.
Description:
- Answers include: a concise summary, links to Testim documentation, relevant tests from the Testing Usage project; and pertinent videos from the Testim YouTube channel.
- Conversations may encompass multiple questions and answers, and users can provide feedback on each response (thumbs up/down and written feedback).
- Users on paid plans can request human assistance at any time and will be seamlessly transferred, retaining the chat context, to our support agents.
Help Assistant will make it easier to find answers to your questions and eliminate the time and effort to sift through numerous resources to find key information.
