Streamlined test step addition

We are introducing a more efficient method for adding steps to tests.
We have incorporated the most commonly used steps, statistically speaking, as a new category ("most popular') within the 'add pre-defined steps' capability. With this new category, users will be able to quickly find the operations they use most.
Additionally, within each category, the steps that are statistically the most popular are now presented as the two initial entries, making them easier to find and use.
