Tag failed runs made easier

We have enhanced the tagged failed runs feature with new reporting options. Each of these helps you analyze failed runs so that you can make adjustments to reduce future errors.
First, we have added untagged failed tests to the reports.
Second, you can click into the report to drill down on test details for each failure type.
Third, you can now filter test runs by failure types.
And finally, you can see any details added by users about the failure by hovering over the failure type.
