You can assign your tests a status to help manage whether tests need to be worked on or improved. The status can affect the impact of the test when it runs in the CI server. For instance, if you have a flaky test that fails often, you can set a status such as evaluating or quarantine so it will not fail a CI build. When the test is improved, you can switch the status to "active" to make it impact the CI.
